About Me
Taking Clients on Life Enhancing Journeys
I offer immersive half-day therapy sessions from 1 PM to 5 PM, but the journey truly begins the moment clients start traveling to my camper-turned-office near Tiberias. The picturesque setting—overlooking the Kinneret, with clean, calming air—naturally invites introspection and breathwork. Clients often remark on the therapeutic power of the space itself, a tranquil backdrop for the transformative work we do together.
My approach is deeply inspired by my own journey and experiences, including time spent learning from the Blackfeet Medicine Man's son, Tiny Man Yellow Kidney. He and his father practiced a form of intuitive, experiential healing that resonated with me and has shaped my own methods. Like them, I lean on co-regulation and empowerment to guide my sessions. My background combines practical therapeutic training with storytelling—a powerful tool to inform, direct, and inspire clients.
Each session begins with connection. Whether it's a solo client or a couple, I listen intently, letting their story unfold. From there, I share tales of resilience and transformation—some from my own life, some from others—letting these narratives plant seeds of insight. Stories, like the one about a nurse defying her internal tormentors or a couple rediscovering their bond through shared struggle, often reflect the challenges and opportunities my clients face.
Beyond storytelling, my sessions are experiential. Clients and I might play the gong or Native American drums, finding synchronization and healing in their vibrations. We discuss practical tools like breathwork techniques, mental health-focused nutrition, or alternative therapies such as Bach remedies and cell salts. Each element aims to empower clients to tap into their own potential for growth and change.
I also draw on personal experiences to connect with and inspire clients. Whether it’s the lessons I learned from Tiny Man’s influence, the journey to embracing my faith, or navigating challenges like supporting a loved one with schizophrenia, I aim to show that transformation is possible for anyone. Sharing these stories isn’t about me—it’s about empowering others to see their own strength and capability.
Couples often benefit from exercises that realign their connection. Whether it’s hiking separate paths (both literally and metaphorically) or working together on an unexpected challenge, I create experiences that foster understanding and growth. For individuals, my work often helps uncover hidden blocks, guiding them toward clarity and purpose.
When the session ends, clients leave not just with tools, but with renewed purpose. Like Luke Skywalker returning from Yoda, they carry the insights and co-regulation needed to continue their journey. I may refer them to a local therapist for ongoing work or help their current therapist break through a plateau. Ultimately, my goal is to hand clients the ingredients for their own healing recipe, trusting their unconscious to know how to put it together.
My practice is a blend of the traditional and the unconventional, weaving stories, nature, sound, and introspection into a transformative half-day experience. Through connection, creativity, and empowerment, I guide clients on a path toward greater self-awareness, healing, and purpose.
